“Reaching a city to touch the world.”
“We are called to ENGAGE the lost with the Gospel, to ESTABLISH them in their faith in Jesus Christ, to EQUIP them to do the work of ministry, and to EMPOWER them to make disciples.”
Bethel Cincinnati Church, founded in 2013 by Lead Pastors and former collegiate athletes Brian and Chavonne Taylor, is a church plant of Bethel World Outreach Church in Nashville, TN and Orlando World Outreach Center in Orlando, FL. Burdened by the need for racial reconciliation in a city whose history is marred by the memory of race riots, the Taylors began cultivating an ethnically and generationally diverse team of 35 men and women in 2012 while they were still Associate Pastors at Orlando World Outreach Church in Orlando, FL. In the year leading up to Bethel Cincinnati’s launch on September 8, 2013, while the Taylors were hopping plane flights and making long car drives from Nashville, God miraculously joined other key leaders into this team.
Other key leaders began to be added to the team and from there Bethel Cincinnati Church has grown from our humble roots, gathering in the basement of a launch team member’s home in the early days to Sunday services at first the Correyville Recreational Center then the beautiful third floor auditorium of the Clifton Cultural Arts Center. Now Bethel Cincy is occupying a newly renovated space on the corner of Clifton Avenue and Woolper, in the heart of the Clifton Gaslight District. With our redesigned and secure kids’ ministry spaces and a worship center retrofitted to suit our diverse, and some might say eclectic and unique, worship style, Bethel Cincinnati has room to grow. Come join us and meet a diverse congregation ready to worship Jesus Christ and grow in faith together, so that we can reach a city to touch the world, one disciple at a time.
The Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
In the baptism of the Holy Spirit and in the exercise of spiritual gifts.
“In the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation. “
We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
“In the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life”
In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
